WHAT: The first Annual Denver Fringe Theatre Festival will be a 10-day celebration of theatrical and performing arts events held in Denver.  FRINGE plans to have numerous indoor venues (theatres), one outdoor venue at FRINGE CENTRAL as well as Kid’s FRINGE.

WHO: The Denver Fringe is produced by Winnie Wenglewick, the owner of Denver's Dangeorus Theatre.  Professionals from the Denver theatrical community as well as a gaggle of volunteers and performers from all over the globe will come together to present this multicultural event.

WHERE: It is hoped that the Denver Fringe will find local theatres willing to be venues all within Denver.  It is also hoped Fringe Central will be a hub of Fringe activity at some downtown location that will provide space for the outdoor venue, a Hospitality Tent, Master Schedule Board and vendors.  Kid’s Fringe will provide performances and activities for children from preschool through high school both at Fringe Central and an indoor location.  Kids Fringe is part of Denver Fringe in an effort interest the next generation in live performance.

Right now, in its infant stages, we are looking for folks intersted in helping make this one of the most exciting cultural events in Denver.
